Withdrawal and Refund Policy
All amounts owed by the client to SAANVI INNOVATION for Services rendered prior to the verified cancellation date must be paid in full. There will be no prorating for partial months throughout the Agreement. Due to account security and privacy concerns, all billing-related questions and cancellation requests MUST be made in writing or via email. Cancellation requests will only be processed if made by the initial authorizing party and if received in writing. There will be no refunds of any monies for any cancellation requests made after the cooling-off period of 7 days from the date of order. For security and training purposes, all calls, inbound and outbound, made through SAANVI INNOVATION corporate offices are digitally recorded and the recordings form a part of the verbal contract between SAANVI INNOVATION and the client. Any cancellations done after the cooling-off period by the client, for any reason, will lead to full payment of the agreed price and immediate termination of the contract, unless otherwise mutually agreed between SAANVI INNOVATION and the Client.

Cancellation Policy
Domain Name Registration Services: Once you purchase your Domain Name, you are its owner and it cannot be "cancelled" until the duration of the domain term has expired. Domain names are controlled worldwide by Internet Corporation for Assigned Names and Numbers (ICANN ) organization and we do not have any control over Cancellation of service renewals for on-going website promotion, website hosting or domain registration services must be made at least seven 7 business days prior to the end of the current service period. Requests received later than seven 7 business days prior to the end of the current service period will be treated as cancellation of services for the next service period. No cancellations are entertained for those services that the SAANVI INNOVATION had offered on promotional offer / special occasions or Discount period. These are limited occasion offers by the company and hence cancellations are not possible in any conditions. SAANVI INNOVATION Business Hub also reserves the rights to cancel your account any time without any notice and refund.The case of cancellation of any work by the customer will be done keeping in view the percentage of work given by us, if the work is more than 33 percent, the customer cannot cancel the work.
